I downloaded turbo tax 2020 on my laptop and processed my tax return on the laptop. If I download 2021 can I transfer any info from 2020 to the 2021 ?
Yes. You always can transfer fro the prior year no matter what you used the year before. Even Mac to Windows or Online to Desktop and vis-à-vis.
You just need the file ending in .tax2020 on the computer to transfer. It should be in your Documents then in a Turbo Tax folder. Start a new 2021 return and it should find any 2020 files and ask if you want to transfer it. If you are on a different computer just copy the .tax2020 file using a flash drive.

Hello, my name is Sara Harrison and I did my tax return March 14th, 2021. I never got my return of $1,789.00. I did have to pay $11.01 for something but I paid it and still did not receive my return payment I’m still waiting even in the new year of 2022, Jan. 3. Please help me receive my return
Not sure what you paid $11.01 for since that is not a fee for any version of TurboTax.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 35a of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.

I can't get in my account. I got a
5071C letter last year. My house was burned to the ground when I was in Florida last year and I don't have any paperwork or information about 2020 taxes that you helped me with last year
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

I HAVE TO VERIFY MY IDENTITY
Sometimes the IRS chooses returns randomly to request verification of identity and sometimes there is something on the return that triggers the request. No matter why the IRS has required you to verify your identity, you need to follow their instructions in order to receive your refund. If you do not verify your identity you will not get your refund.

Listen to each menu before making the selection.
First choose your language. Press 1 for English.
Then do NOT choose the first choice re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
Instead, press 2 for "personal income tax".
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions." It should then transfer you to an agent.

You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same User ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the User ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your current or prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
