Hi I'm wondering to gets copies of my last year taxes sent to me
If you used TurboTax, you can access your return by logging in using the same TurboTax account that you used to file your previous return. Please see How do I view, download, or print a prior-year return? for instructions.
If you just need your AGI, you can also get it by obtaining an online tax return transcript from the IRS. Please see Can I get a copy of my tax return from the IRS? for more information.
Dear Turbotax, There is an error in your 2022 Deluxe program. As of 2022 Arizona has exempt military pay from state taxes. Your program still lists the $2500 military deduction that has been available in the past. You need to update your program to include the the military exemption for state taxes in 2022. Thank you.
I have found a "crack" in your system and none of your solutions are working. Please have someone call me at [phone number removed] to explain more. But basically your automated customer service robot will not forward me to a person because it can't spell. When I spell out our email [email address removed] it comes back with "kimij0370". It thinks the "ooohh" sound is a zero, not on O. So I am stuck and I need the live help I paid for. Even when I try to go and pay for "new" Live Full Service, when I click on that link the next screen is blank. So I'm really stuck. Please help.
You will need to contact customer service directly for assistance. Please see the following information here for more details.
I want to file bankruptcy someone has high jack my name and life grad I am praying charges

Please see the Help Article here for instructions on e-filing with a foreign address.
I was supposed to receive $2,609 back from federal & I only received $2,387! I’m very upset! I wasn’t told of any extra charges other than what I already paid TurboTax.

Is the amount sent/issued by the IRS the same as the refund amount shown on your federal tax return Form 1040 Line 35a? - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
Have you factored in the TurboTax account fees and the TPG service charge of $39?
Review your TurboTax account fees -
Sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on View Order Details
If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.
For the status of your tax refund you will need to contact the third party processor, Santa Barbara Tax Product Group, using their website - https://www.sbtpg.com/

Did you e-file your tax return and was it accepted?
Only the IRS and your State control when and if a Federal or State tax refund is Approved and Issued.
You complete your tax return by finishing all 3 Steps in the File section. In Step 3, to e-file your tax return, you must click on the large button labeled "Transmit my returns now".
After completing the File section and e-filing your tax return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first email when your tax return was transmitted and the second email when the tax return has either been accepted or rejected.
Note - Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund. Only the taxpayer listed on the tax return can obtain the status of a tax refund or a tax return.
To check the status of an e-filed return, open up your desktop product or log into your TurboTax Online Account. You can find your status within the TurboTax product.
If accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds
If accepted by the state use this TurboTax support FAQ to check the state tax refund status - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1899433-how-do-i-track-my-state-refund
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.
See this IRS website for federal tax refund FAQ's - https://www.irs.gov/refunds/tax-season-refund-frequently-asked-questions
Call the IRS: 1-800-829-1040 hours 7 AM - 7 PM local time Monday-Friday
When calling the IRS do NOT choose the first option re: "Refund", or it will send you to an automated phone line.
So after first choosing your language, then do NOT choose Option 1 (refund info). Choose option 2 for "personal income tax" instead.
Then press 1 for "form, tax history, or payment".
Then press 3 "for all other questions."
Then press 2 "for all other questions."
- When it asks you to enter your SSN or EIN to access your account information, don't enter anything.
- After it asks twice, you will get another menu.
Press 2 for personal or individual tax questions.
Then press 3 for all other inquiries
It should then transfer you to an agent.
Or you can contact your local IRS office. See this IRS website for local IRS offices - http://www.irs.gov/uac/Contact-Your-Local-IRS-Office-1 or call 1-844-545-5640 to set up an appointment
Or you may want to contact a Taxpayer Advocate in your area. See this IRS website for Taxpayer Advocate in your area and a toll free number - http://www.irs.gov/Advocate/Local-Taxpayer-Advocate
