Please edit this section of TurboTax Home and Business. Many customers using it have the same problem. In the K-1 section where if the Box 20 has Z checked, the next section is the 199A or Statement A categories, the Rental Income Loss is missing. Since it’s missing, we will always get an error through Smart Check. I figured it out by going through the error and finding the Rental Income Loss section myself by scrolling down to it and inputting it myself. The edit would be to have it in the categories for the 199A section so that when inputted here, it will show up in the actual form later and won’t trigger the error. Please fix this which will help many, many people using your product. Thank you.

I hate that I keep giving your company a chance. I hate you bull**bleep** software. Every time I use it I have to pay the **bleep**ing irs. But when I do my return by hand I get a return and it holds up to an audit. **bleep** you. You should be sued by class action

Once a tax return has been filed it cannot be changed, canceled or retrieved
You will have to wait for the IRS to either Accept or Reject your filed federal tax return.
If the return is rejected you can make the necessary changes and e-file again.
If the return is accepted you will have to amend your original tax return. An amended return, Form 1040-X, can only be printed and mailed to the IRS if the original tax return was not e-filed. The IRS will take up to 20 weeks or longer to process an amended tax return.
Before starting to amend the tax return, wait for the tax refund to be received or the taxes due to be paid and processed by the IRS.

So, affiliate links are apparently bait and switch. I clicked the affiliate link and logged in with my QBSE account (first time Turbotax customer), and when I finished my taxes a couple of days later I was prompted to pay the regular price for Live Assisted less $10 ($209), not $167.20 as displayed with the affiliate link.
I spent nearly two hours on the phone with two different Turbotax Customer Service reps attempting to resolve this before I paid. The first rep was barely comprehensible on the VOIP connection, and after 45 minutes the call dropped for reasons unknown. Then they tried to call back on my home number several times at 11:30pm, but by then I was already on with another rep. (Family asleep, but I guess thanks for trying.) They emailed me a service code while I was on the second call, as did the second rep in the course of the call. Neither code changed the price at all. The only thing the second rep could suggest was to try a reset (that is, lose many hours of work) and try again.
I would like a refund of the $45.51 they owe me per the offer, but there is no way to contact them apart from telephone, which seems to be a complete waste of my time. I'm not sure I will continue with Turbotax a second year.
I never got my assessment from CRA for the year 2023 and do not know why

Hi I have talked to a supervisor as well as (2) CSR...I should not be charged for filing my taxes...I did nothing different than last year...And yet turbo tax is charging me $11900... I'm only getting back $680.00 total... I really need all of my money this is not fair to me...The person I spoke to before I submitted my taxes was unable to help me...Nor was the supervisor I spoke too!!
