Here is a link: How do I request a refund for my TurboTax product?
No one in the user forum can resolve a billing issue. If you have a question about your TurboTax fees or billing, make sure you use the word “billing” in your request for help. Do not use the word “refund.”
The question was ‘whats the email’ not all people have the time to sit on the phone while you take your time annoying customers If I find it I will post.
@Ag24Ig Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax, so we do not have an email to give you.
Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

I’m trying to contact a person with turbo tax. I was unauthorized charged in a my savings account. For service that was not done correctly by you. I will say that with out a authorization from me to charge my account is against the law and with me tell you this you have 36 hrs to contact me with a solution or I will have a civil lawsuit against you. But i am letting you know the ball is rolling over a few hundred dollars and it don’t matter to me if you did this to me there are a lot of other people out there that you also wrongfully charged. @user17524189357 Was it this?
TURBOTAX TOOK MONEY OUT OF MY ACCOUNT
Did you choose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund? Is your refund taking an unusually long time to arrive? Or was your refund seized to pay a debt you owed? if so, you signed an agreement that says TT can withdraw its fees from your account. TurboTax would have sent several emails to you before they took the money out of your account.
TURBOTAX SAYS:
How do you justify debiting my account?
The provision is spelled out in the Pay With My Refund Agreement, which you agreed to when you opted to pay with your refund.
In addition, by clicking the "I Agree" button below, you electronically sign and authorize Intuit (through its third party processor) to debit the TurboTax Fees, Additional Products and Services Purchased and any applicable sales tax from your bank account number identified in the Agreement below, in the event that you do not receive a tax refund that is sufficient to pay for them.
How can I see my TurboTax fees?

I just got an email re: renewing my subscription to TurboBax Advanage. Since you just announcement that you cannot support Windows 10, I cannot renew my subscription to Advantage. However, I do taxes for myself, my daughter and my two granddaughters. I have questions about how to move to the files from my computer to online. When I call the support line, I get a computer with absolutely have not information that a computer talks to me about what I already know re: Windows 11. I have been with TurboTax from DOS days to the early days of the Windows update which was a mess. I have used Turbox. Now that you just decided to move to Windows 11 only on desktop, I have questions about the user interface and how I can move all the 2024 files to online. So if there is a human at Intuit, have them call me at [phone number removed] asap.
@Taxwismn Well FYI- it will probably be a lot more expensive to use the Online version if you are doing multiple returns. Online is only good for 1 return per account. You will have to setup a separate account for each person with a username and password. You can use the same email for 5 accounts. And you have to pay for Online before you can print or view all the forms.
When you start a new online return you can transfer from their 2024 file that's on your computer. So make sure you have all the tax files ending in .tax2024 on your computer. They should be in your Documents in a Turbo Tax folder.
If you used the Desktop program before you may notice several differences and not like the online version. It has less features and no Forms Mode. The Online versions don't have all the same forms so you might have to upgrade to a higher Online version. You can only do 1 return per account. Your return is only saved online so be sure to save both the .tax2025 data file and the pdf file to your computer when you are done. In case you need to amend in the future or if you need a copy to get a loan or something. You might not be able to access your online return when you need a copy.
Here's some info on transferring from Desktop to Online. If you want you can transfer a 2023 return into Online now to see how it works and to see if you end up with the same 2024 return that you did in the Desktop program this year. It won't mess up your 2023 return. You will need to set up an account. You don't have to pay anything unless you want to view or print it out.
If you used the Desktop program last year here’s How to transfer into the Online version. You need to have the prior year .tax2023 (.tax2024 for next year) file on your computer. Expand the link if you used the Desktop software last year........
