Did you efile?  It may have rejected for the wrong AGI.

 

You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7.

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

I did not receive my refund in my account. All my account info is the same. It was suppose to be in my account on Feb 17 , 2020. I spoke with irs they have informed me everything was good on their end & that I should contact you. I have done this three times with no answers. I have always used Turbo Tax & no issues . Please help. What do you need from me? My e-mail address is [email address removed]. Thank you

If you requested to have the TurboTax account fees deducted from your federal tax refund, the IRS will send the refund to a third party processor to have the fees and the service charge deducted. The third party processor will deduct the TurboTax fees plus the service charge and then attempt to direct deposit the remaining refund balance into the account that you entered on your tax return.

Here's how you can fix it:

Sign in to your account and select the Fix my return button. Follow any “fix it” instructions to update the information causing the rejection.

 

Note: Not all rejections will have explicit guides to fix the information. You’ll need to navigate to the program area to address the cause of the rejection.

 

Time-saving Tip: If what you originally entered is correct, you won't be able to e-file. There's probably a data mismatch at the government, a dependent that's already been claimed, or some other situation beyond your control that prevents your return from being e-filed. In this case, your only option would be to print and mail in your return. This article will give you instruction on how to print and mail your return.
