You will file for the MO property tax credit as part of your MO state income tax return as long as you meet the qualifications.
In the MO state interview after verifying your address, you will be asked about filing for the property tax credit.
As long as your n et household income is not more than $27,200 if you rented or did not own and occupy the residence all year or your net household income is not more than $30,000 if you owned and occupied the property all year you will have the opportunity to claim the credit.
You must also meet one of the following requirements:
Age 65 or older and be a full-year MO resident
Disabled Veteran or 100% disabled person and be either a part-year or full-year MO resident
Age 60 or older receiving surviving spouse social security benefits and be either a part-year or full-year MO resident

No, you do not need to request a GA extension separately. GA accepts the federal extension.
However, if you expect to owe a GA tax you should visit the GA state interview and click through to the "Other situations/forms" page and file the extension and get an estimated tax to be paid along with payment options. Here is the GA DOR reference.

You are correct. In TurboTax desktop versions you can create/complete the forms/worksheets/summaries, but the statement is outside of TurboTax. You will need to print/mail in the return along with statement describing the situation and explaining the calculations used to exclude the income.

You may need to clarify did the second employer withhold too much (greater than 6.2% of box 5)? And/or Was the total of all W2 social security withholding (box 6) over the limit (8853)?
If the first is true, then that is an employer mistake and they should correct the W2 and refund you. If they do not, you must file a form 843 to claim the refund.
If the first is not true, but the second is true, then the excess withholding is added to line 11 on schedule 3 and line 31 on your form 1040 automatically in TurboTax.
Here is Tax Topic 608 for reference.

Keep the local tax lines separate in TurboTax as well. Your entries should match your form.

To add additional forms W2 to your return before filing:
Click "Wages & Income" tab
"Edit/add" "Job/W2"
"Add another W2"
If you have already filed your return and it has been accepted, you will need to wait for your return to be processed (refund deposited). The IRS computers are usually good about catching income form (W2, 1099) mistakes. They will send you a letter discussing their findings and giving instructions on what to do if you agree or disagree with the findings. If they do not catch the error you may need to amend your return.
To amend, sign in to your TurboTax account and select the "Amend" option. Follow the prompts to prepare the amended return. Here is a link that may be helpful.
If you filed your return and it gets rejected for any reason, you will have the opportunity to make any/all corrections at that time before resubmitting.

Since TX does not have a state income tax there will not be a TX state ID number. The typical reason for this error is a stray entries/spaces in the state boxes on income forms.
If the error is for the form W2 revisit that topic and be sure there is no state line with information in box 16 with a blank box 15. If there is, delete (trashcan) the line. If there is blank line delete (trashcan) that line as well to clear any stray spaces.
If the error is for a 1099R revisit the "IRA, Pension..." topic and edit the 1099R. If there is a box 15 with TX in it, delete it. If there is an amount in the state distribution box 16 but no state in the line, delete the amount in the state box 16.
