That link gets us nowhere. How the hell do we get our temp card number. Also the customer serveice num gets us nowhere. Just looks like yall are trying to ignore this huge problem like it dosent exist.  Yall are lying to customers when yall say we can get a advance but then give us no way to access it.

You cant create the account without the card number. And yall wont give us the card number until we create an account. Bout the dumbest **bleep** ive ever seen.

I am having the same problem so I called the hotline and they told me to wait till I got an email so I guess I'm waiting on an email I didn't already get. But I did get one email from them but when I click to access my funds it says I can't set up an account without the card number just like you said. So what ended up happening? Is there another email I'm waiting on or something?

For over 99% of people approved for the Refund Advance, you'll get email to set up your account, typically within 1 hour of the IRS accepting your e-filed tax return. 

From this email you have to go online and set up the account. Then within 48hrs of setting up the account, the funds are deposited on the card.

You should receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com. If you cannot locate it after checking your junk mail folder, or are having trouble creating an account, or logging into your Turbo Prepaid Card online account, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Unfortunately, you cannot apply for Refund Advance after you file your taxes.
