Can I get my TurboTax prepaid card number before I receive it in the mail?

You should receive an email with instructions on how to create your online account. If you can’t find it, check your junk mail folder. The sender will be turbodebitcard@email.turbodebitcard.intuit.com.  If you can't locate it after checking your junk mail folder, or are having trouble creating an account, or logging into your Turbo Visa Debit Card online account, call us toll-free at (888) 285-4169.

Keep in mind, you will not receive your temporary card until after the IRS approves (not accepts) your refund.

Not true. I have called and had many chat sessions because the virtual information wasn’t available. They do NOT help you with trying to get that information either. They just keep giving you the same instructions in the email which does nothing. I’ve dealt with them for years and this is by far my WORSE experience with them.

It seems to me in not the only one with issues 🙄 i applied for my taxes on Feb 11. And was supposed to get my card like 3 weeks ago but never did. I had to say "lost" card cause of it. Hopefully my new one is here next month...

Starting to piss me off, cause i got bills and my daughters birthday next month.

I choose this option cause i didn't have very much a choice, plus first time filing for taxes...

I just want my [removed] card, tired of calling and the run around with this card.

Hopefully it's here, by the date it said it should be here 🙄 never using this again for taxes....
