After you file
I am having the same problem so I called the hotline and they told me to wait till I got an email so I guess I'm waiting on an email I didn't already get. But I did get one email from them but when I click to access my funds it says I can't set up an account without the card number just like you said. So what ended up happening? Is there another email I'm waiting on or something?
