Your temporary card with instructions on how to create an account should arrive in your email.

Please make sure you check your junk/spam folder if you don't see it in your email. The sender will be turboprepaidcard@email.turboprepaidcard.intuit.com.

@Chekerialacy If you are referring to the TurboTax Visa Debit Card, please click here for the TurboTax Visa Debit Card phone number and don't choose option 2, it will repeat a few times then you will get more options.

Turbotax just now mailed my card 2/20/20. Applied for advance January 15 got denied. They're still mailing the card. Why did it take a month to mail? Can't reach customer service agent at that toll-free number no card number!!

 If you have set up your online account you can click on the link to Report a lost, stolen, or damaged card.  Otherwise call the phone number provided.  Press 2 to continue with the automated system, do not enter SS# at this point, Press 1, Press 2, now enter your SS# and continue following the prompts.
