Turbotax  you manipulated and charge me 159.00 for service I did not use. You stop me for submitting my tax return untilI agreed for 119.00 and after that you added 39.00. I did take pictures of the statement of before a,d after.You said it was free , but you manipulated by adding products services and fees.Also you have not updated your soft ware from 2020 that caused and 704.00 taken out of my return referring to stimulus and you will not admit that that was a turbotax error and now returns are backed up because of your correction.Then you give false fake customer live service because you know you did defraud people  and make them think] the service was free and you knew it wasn't and that was to see would you get away with it.I will never file with your co.pany again.I don't like manipulation and forces services I did not use and I did my own taxes without any of your REPS TO HELP ME. I told you several times NO NO I DON'T NEED YOUT TAX REP. I AM GOING TO BE SENDING A LETTER SO THAT THIS NEVER  AGAIN HAPPEN.THE REASON I Do my own taxes is to avoid paying ridiculous  high fees, I don't appreciate how you treated me.

When I clicked to open Turbo Tax I had three partial federal returns for myself. One return was mostly blank and the other two were identical, containing info I entered to date. I thought all I would have to do is select a return file, open it,  exit, and indicate I did not want to save the file.  However, this did not remove the unwanted partial files.  Any suggestions?

I filed my TurboTax 2020 return and received my state refund almost immediately I still have not received my Federal Refund. I contacted "Where's my refund?" and got back "No information is available." I cannot find the actual return that I filed with TurboTax. I have copies of it but the final return that was sent in, has disappeared. I need a copy of the return that was actually filed for 2020 to get the precise information that's required by IRS. How can I retrieve that?

If you can't get the side menus to open up to access the prior year..... You need to start entering some basic Personal Info in 2021 for the side menu to open up. Just continue a little ways into 2021.

  You have to access your own account and/or  print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.

Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them.  Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax?  If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

What does "looped robot" mean?  Have you finished preparing your return, and are you referring to a reCaptcha screen when efiling that asks you to indicate "I am not a robot?", and is it not working?   If so, we can tell you what to do.   But so far we don't know what your issue is about.

Or by "looped robot" does that refer to the phone Support answering tree to route you to Support?
