I have used Turbo tax for 5 years with no issues. My 2022 CD for 2021 taxes loads up but never displays an activation screen. Removed and re-installed 5X (no activation screen), then downloaded it from your site and did put in the License Code at the beginning as prompted, however, during installation it never asked me for the code. In all cases the program will not open up. I shut off my popup blocker, changed the display resolution as others have mentioned. I have Windows 10...VERY FRUSTRATING!!!!

You may want to try a different browser or try clearing out your browser's cache and cookies. Please see How do I delete cookies? and How to clear your cache for more information.
