@budpomeroy Telling us that is of no use. We have no access to your information or your account. No one does. Only you. No one here can do anything at all regarding your account or your tax return. If you have forgotten how to access your account you need to use the recovery tool.
And you are the one who has to check the status of your own refund if that is your issue. We cannot do that either.
TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 20 of your Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

It seems like you are confused about your AGI. It is NOT on your W-2. It is on line 7 of your 2018 income tax return--the Form 1040.
I don’t think you are understanding my problem. I went through the proper channel and IRS told me to make out form and send it in and I did. I did not receive my 2018 income tax form or any reply. I did the form this year on my iPad and i don’t know why i can’t find it but i can’t. Since i didn’t file it and i keep getting emails from turbo tax that they can help me, i am actually getting no help.
No. I am not saying i do but i have some previous year documents (2012) and what i put on on one line with my wages, tips, etc. ends up being my AGI. So i was thinking i go from that. I never have any adjustments into my income i have no added income nor any expenses and therefore there isn’t a difference in the form
I have tried to e-file my 2019 taxes three times but each time it is rejected. The reason given is that the AGI from my 2018 taxes is not correct. I checked and the AGI for 2018 is correct. What should I do? I would prefer to e-file rather than mail my tax returns. Please give me a phone number that I can call to speak with a Turbo Tax representative.

If your tax return continues to be rejected with the 2018 AGI then enter a 0 (zero) for the AGI and e-file again.
If this is also rejected then you will have to print and mail the tax return.

I filed my Federal and State returns using Turbo Tax today. but it did not save. Turbo Tax sent me a reject on my State return and described it as a software problem on Turbo Tax end. I can not open the returns to because they are not saved. I need assistance.
Which state are you trying to file?
Also which program are you trying to use to file?
I filed my returns Federal and State using Turbo Tax. I thought that I had saved the returns but I had not. Turbo Tax is asking me to open the returns to fix some "problems". It was my California returns. Dont know what to do now
If you used the online version, you can log in and correct the rejection. The program automatically saves it for you.
If you are using the desktop version, the program tries to save pretty often. It is worth checking again to see if anything is in your computer.
If you are using the desktop version and have nothing, you will have to re-create the return. If you file again and get the same rejection, no problem, just click the fix it button.
In the future, always save a copy of your return to your computer whether online or desktop is used.
When I suppose to receive my funds
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
If accepted, they try to process it within three weeks but it can be longer. if you have earned income credit or additional child tax credit, it will be at least the end of February before you see your refund, due to the PATH act that requires that they hold your refund longer.
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
