The Only way to cancel a purchase made through TurboTax is to contact TurboTax support and speak with a TurboTax agent. They are the only ones who can cancel the purchase. No one in this forum has access to your TurboTax account.
If you have already purchased the software from TurboTax you may be able to request a refund.

I change the plan to premier and it charged twice.

I do not want the Audit protectioin, I have spent 3 hours preparing to filing my return and at the end you want to charge me for Audit protection which I do not want. I can't file my return unless I pay this charge that I do not want, please help
Are you in California? If you want to have the fees deducted from your federal refund there is an EXTRA 40 Pay with Refund service charge (45 in California) or you can avoid the fee by paying upfront with a credit card. That includes Premium Service which has Audit Defense.

I printed my return off. But got changed 117.00 will I get my money back
If you used the Online version the fees are to prepare the returns whether you efile or mail or to print.
Prior year software program

To file a return for a prior tax year
If you need to prepare a return for 2019, 2020 or 2021 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)

You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
