@frankgcjr Whaat do you mean by "ordered?"  Did you order the CD/download?   No one in the user forum can cancel your order.

You will need to contact TurboTax support to get the charge cancelled.  Use the key words Billing Issue when contacting support.

In the past I have been able to do my taxes with 

turbo tax, but not this year.   Because of how TIAA has changed their reporting, I do not have the equipment to do taxes on line.  I cannot even make photos for Turbo to do my taxes.  Therefore I am going to have to bring all the papers to an accountant, and ask you for a refund of the $179 I already paid Turba Tax, in the hope that you could do my taxes.
