Select your product below and follow the steps to get the help you need from the right person. We're currently open Monday through Friday, 5 AM to 5 PM PT.
TurboTax Online
Sign in to your TurboTax account and open your return.
Select Search. and enter your question.
Select Contact Us at the bottom of the help panel.
Choose how you'd like to connect with us.
Note: Talking one-on-one with a live specialist is not covered with TurboTax Free Edition. You'll be asked to add PLUS benefits first.
