This is the first time I used an online product, purchased through a wholesale club. All the information from previous years was accessible, but now I can not find the taxes. I know they were filed, received a confirmation from the feds and the state, and received the refund that was due. I cannot find them on the turbo tax website, and when I go to the online link it appears I haven't begun my filings.

You have to sign onto your 2022 online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the 2022 online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your 2022 account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

If you used desktop software downloaded/installed from a CD to your own computer, then the tax files are stored locally on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive. They are not stored online. If you cannot recover them due to a hard drive failure, etc. you can get a free transcript from the IRS or for a fee of $43, an actual copy of your tax return.

@JimCruse Are you having a problem or a question? Are you trying to find your tax return?
Are you on Windows or Mac? When you launch Turbo Tax doesn't your return show up in it? Go up to File-Open.
For Windows
Did you search your whole computer for all files ending in .tax2022? And check the recycle bin and your backups. Check in One Drive, Drop Box, etc. It should be in your Documents then in the Turbo Tax folder. Also if you have multiple Windows user accounts, log into each one and do the search for the *.tax2022 data file from within each one and checking the Recycle Bin in each one.
If you don't have the main .tax file you might have one that starts with a Tilde sign ~ like "~your name.tax2022". That file is if your computer crashes or your real file gets lost or deleted or corrupt so you can restore it.

need copy of the rejected 2019 file. I was supposed to get a refund but it was rejected and I never was able to retreive the file from Turbo tax. It should have NOT been deleted.
