Where is my stimulus check?
The third stimulus payment is controlled by the IRS and not part of a 2020 federal tax return.

Please explain what that means. What all have you done, and what/where exactly is the roadblock?
What does "too many downloads" mean? Are you referring to using the product activation code 5 times? Have you installed the program 5 times or on multiple computers? Has it been asking you to reactivate the code?
Or do you have multiple instances of the product installation file downloaded? If so, that in itself shouldn't keep you from using one to install the program.
In other words, please explain enough so that even I can understand.
@gwenwatbx Or have you been preparing "what if" scenarios, and now wish to remove them?
I've used Turbo for over 30 years now. I just noticed that on the 2019 tax return the system reported a distribution from my SEP IRA as an early withdrawal from and Roth. I haven't had to revise/amend a return before and the consequence of not doing it isn't significant in itself but my give cause for IRS to conduct and major audit and take up my time.
What do you suggest and can someone provide assistance since I don't recall ever submitting an amendment?

tried downloading turbo tax 2020 too many times and now need to delete them so that I can download and install the Deluxe instead of basic (which I paid for the deluxe in the amount of $87.10 including tax) So why can't I get a response to delete the excess downloading for tax year 2020

This is a user community forum. First folks have to understand your issue, then if someone can offer a suggestion, they will post in the forum. If you're not getting answers in the forum, you might be better served to phone the folks at TurboTax Support so they can question you in realtime to see what all you have done and are doing. If it's anything account-specific, then TurboTax Support would be needed anyway. I'll tell you how to reach them below.
So far I'm not understanding your issue. It's not clear what you mean by "delete the excess downloading" and why you are mentioning both Basic and Deluxe. Did you previously install desktop Basic Edition, and need to uninstall Basic Edition so you can install desktop Deluxe? If so, we can tell you how to uninstall the Basic desktop software. Are you using the Windows or Mac version?
Or are you referring to some kind of license code problem???
It's possible other users may comment here in the thread, but here's how to phone TurboTax Support during business hours, and in a realtime conversation they should be able to figure out what you are doing.
Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
You can use this contact form to get a phone number, or it may schedule a callback.

I would like to get a copy of my 2019 w2 form
I NEED A COPY OF MY W-2 (or 1099)
TurboTax does not have a copy of your W-2—the Wage & Tax Statement—issued to you by your employer, (nor does TurboTax have copies of your 1099’s). You should always save those documents for your own records. You could ask the employer(s) for copies or you can get a copy from Social Security (for a fee of $90).
To get a copy of a W-2 from Social Security https://faq.ssa.gov/en-us/Topic/article/KA-02501
If you saved a pdf of your completed tax return, the worksheets will show the W-2 information you entered, but not the actual W-2.
You can get a wage and income transcript from the IRS: It will not show the actual W-2, 1099’s, etc, but will show the income information the IRS received. It will not, however, show your state information. It will only show the federal information.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Or you can pay the IRS $43 for an actual copy of your tax return which will include copies of your W-2’s

Why cant I speak to person at turbo tax unless I say I'm giving you money but yet my taxes still have not come in and your company has attempted to take money out of my empty bank account during a pandemic after I've lost my job, car, my place to live and everything else. Guess what? My account is empty and your attempts to take from it just make it more empty. Zero dollars is zero dollars. So if I dont get my returns you try to take it early and now I have a negative balance for this shot. If I dont get my taxes neither do you.

This is mainly a user community forum--not a direct route to TurboTax Support. You do not have to pay for TurboTax Support since it sounds like you used a paid product which includes phone support and chose to pay the TurboTax fees out of your Federal refund. So that qualifies for phone support. There's a phone number displayed in the first FAQ below.
Hours are currently 5AM-5PM Pacific (8AM-8PM Eastern) Monday-Friday.
The FAQ below tells why TurboTax debits the bank account for unpaid fees when your Federal refund has been delayed at the IRS. You should have been receiving some emailed bills prior to the debit and could have asked for the debit to be deferred if you have a hardship. Perhaps the emails ended up in your junk/spam folder or another email address.
FAQ: Why was my bank account auto-debited for the TurboTax fees?
If you received any non-sufficient funds fees (NSF) as a result of their auto-debit, you have some recourse. But you need to talk to Support first to get an incident number.

Filed on line with turbo tax. Return was submitted and accepted on 4/7/21. I have been checking daily and all it says still processing. I am requesting an answer on my fed return. Tomorrow it will be 7 wks or 49 days. I don't even get a projected date. I have always had the check sent to my bank and I thought it would be quicker to file on line ? You all have my ph # and I expect a phone call, since my original projected date to receive was 4/28/21.
@LeJRE64C No one can or will call you from the user forum, and you should remove your personal information from this public web site ASAP since if anyone does call you it will be a scammer who saw your information here.

TurboTax does not receive any information whatsoever from the IRS after you file your tax return, nor can TurboTax speed up the IRS for you.
TurboTax gives you an estimated date for receiving your refund based on a 21 day average from your date of acceptance, but it can take longer. “21 days” is not a promise from TurboTax or the IRS. Many refunds are taking longer during the pandemic. The IRS is backlogged —-they are still trying to process millions of 2019 returns; they received millions of e-filed on the day they opened for 2020 returns, and now they are burdened with sending out another round of stimulus checks.
Some delays are resulting from incorrect amounts that folks entered for stimulus checks they received. Many people have been confused by the recovery rebate credit and completed it incorrectly. The IRS may delay your refund while they cross-check to see what you received. Some refunds are delayed because of the tax law changes that went into effect recently. If your return has unemployment or the premium tax credit on it, that may be delaying it.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:
https://turbotax.intuit.com/tax-tools/efile-status-lookup/
Once your federal return has been accepted by the IRS, only the IRS has any control. TurboTax does not receive any updates from the IRS. Your ONLY source of information about your refund now is the IRS.
You need your filing status, your Social Security number and the exact amount (line 34of your 2020 Form 1040) of your federal refund to track your Federal refund:

https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/1901548-why-do-some-refunds-take-longer-than-others
If you chose to have your TurboTax fees deducted from your federal refund, that will take some extra time, while the third party bank handles the refund processing.
