@narak Luckily for you there is a filter that removed some of the personal information you tried to post here in the public user forum----where it could have been seen and used by anyone on the internet. But your name and some information is still here.

What exactly are you trying to do? Are you trying to order software or are you trying to access a download that you paid for? If you have an order number it seems you are trying to get to a download.
