I can attest that the 0 option works. I tried numerous times to get my AGI in and after inserting 0 it was accepted. Weird but works.
I’m going to try this out. I’m going through the same stuff. Its ridiculous and makes no sense
Mines too 3x, I put the exact AIG from my return. Everytime it got rejected. Something going on with turbo tax system

Nope, not TurboTax. The rejection is from the IRS and only the IRS. They probably have a mistake in their systems based on your SS number and name.
You can try using a 0 (zero) for the AGI and re-file. If that also fails then you will have to print and mail your tax return.

Should we put "0" for both state and federal? This just happened to me so I was going to try this to see if it works.
Occasionally, the IRS record for some reason is missing, and zero works.
If that still doesn't work, you will, unfortunately, not be able to e-file as there is no way to fix the AGI mismatch error.
If you haven't yet double-checked your IRS transcript, please try that first before you give up!
You can check your transcript here: Get your IRS transcript.
This has never happened to me before until this year. I used the AGI from my taxes last year that turbo tax showed. It shows my whole tax return from last year. But the IRS is rejecting it even with it being the correct number. Should I call the IRS or just try putting in 0 and seeing if that works like it did for others?

Calling the IRS would be a total waste of time. The error is coming from an IRS database and there are no IRS agents that can correct that issue.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
After almost 12 hours, I was able to get my tax accepted. IRS was rejecting for return because of AGI number for my spouse. I entered correct number but got denied 6 times. Turbo kicked me out because of multiple rejection. so I went to use Jackson Hewitt efile which raised my refund with extra $1000 (surprise of the year).
Long story short: I entered correct number for my AGI and entered 0 for my spouse -booom - accepted. Good luck
