Dear TurboTax,
I need a copy of my 2019 tax return. I used the free version last summer when my father had a stroke. The phone number I gave was not a cell phone. It was a landline in the state where my father lives. Now, I can't fully log in because you can't send me a verification code to that landline. Also, I don't want to get my password (which I forgot to write down) through telling you all my social security number because the e-mail address has been hacked into and so it isn't safe for me to put my social security number in. I know I used the free version last summer but I will happily pay to get a copy of my 2019 tax return.
Thanks,
Amy Parker ([email address removed])

I e-filed my taxes, but they were rejected. I was going to mail in but I want to try to e-file again with my 2019 AGI. How can I revise my filing method back to e-file?
Jim Schmidt (tax preparer) [phone number removed]) for Adrienne M Martin
Follow the directions below to switch to the e-filing option.
In TurboTax Online, sign into your account.
Select Tax Home from the left menu.
Scroll down to Your tax returns & documents.
Select 2019, and then select Add a State (you're not actually adding a state, this just gets you into the right area).
Select File in the left menu (expand your browser window if you don't see this, or select the menu icon in the top left corner).
On the Just one more step screen, follow steps 1 and 2 if you haven't already.
Select the Start button to the right of Step 3.
On the Let's get ready to e-file screen, select I want to e-file.
Follow the instructions to e-file your return.
