Never gives an opportunity! Says can not install! Why can't someone give me a call!!!!
@JKV No one can ever call you from the user forum. Does your PC or Mac meet the system requirements to download/install the software?
I purchased turbo tax and went through install directions but can not find where to enter license code
Did you download the program or install from the CD? You will need to enter the License Code once or twice. After you install the program and then launch or run it, it should come to an activation screen to enter it. Some people are getting a white screen or blank activation box to enter the code. How far are you getting? Did you get it installed?
it doesn't pop up

Are you referring to the activation screen at the end of installation? This answer assumes that is what you are experiencing.
Are you using Windows? If so, a blank, partially-blank, or missing activation screen may be related to either a screen resolution or scaling problem in your Windows settings.
In Windows 10 to get to the scaling or resolution settings click the Windows start button in lower left corner, then choose Settings (gear icon), then System, then Display. Or for a shortcut, you may be able to simply right-click on an empty area of the main Windows desktop monitor screen (not the TurboTax program screen) and in the popup menu choose "Display settings".
NOTE: After you change the scaling or resolution setting as discussed below, you may need to close and relaunch TurboTax for the change to take place in that activation window.
First try the scaling setting. In your Windows Settings do you have scale set to a higher value than the normal 100%? If so, change it back to 100%. Once the license code is entered and activated, you can later change your scaling setting back like it was.
If lowering the scaling to 100% didn't help, then it may be screen resolution. Keep the scaling at 100%, and try a lower screen resolution such as 800x600. If that doesn't work, then try 1024x768. If still not working, then gradually increase the screen resolution to the next level. Once you get the license activated, you can revert your resolution setting back like it was.
I have the CD, but don't have the packaging for the CD anymore. I changed from a MacBook Pro to another, and would like to install TurboTax Home & Business 2019 on my current MacBook Pro. I can't find the license code.
Depending on where you purchased your TurboTax software, the below help article may assist you in locating your license code.

I have inserted CD and downloaded, how do I enter `license code
The license code is entered in the License code box on the activation screen. Select continue after you enter the code to complete the installation.

@EEJ You just posted your license code to the public user forum where it can be stolen and used by anyone who sees it. This is not where you were supposed to enter your license code.
