My California tax return for TY2020 was rejected by the FTB (Franchise Tax Board). I spoke with them several days ago. They told me that if the return had been rejected upon first submission, to print out a copy of the return and the Federal return for TY2020 and send them in to
FTB
PO BOX 942840
Sacramento CA

and they would take care of the problem, that it wasn't a problem with my return.
I wanted to let you know that because you keep sending me email messages regarding my resubmitting my return. Or to correct my return and try sending it in again. As far as I'm concerned, I've taken the proper course of action and feel that my California return is being processed. If I don't hear from them in 10 days, I will call the FTB again.
You have a great product and I can't thank you enough for making FreeFile Turbo Tax available. It's free, it's thorough and it's easy. My only concern is how hard it is to contact TurboTax. I spent 43 minutes on hold on Tuesday, March 16, 2021, on your customer service phone line to speak to an agent. It didn't happen. After waiting that long I had to end the call so I could get on with the rest of the day's tasks. And today I spent quite a bit of time trying to find another way to reach you. This was the only option.
Any comments, suggestions or questions, feel free to contact me. Thank you again.

Once a tax return has been Accepted by the IRS or a State, TurboTax receives no further information concerning the tax return or the status of any tax refund.
After the tax return has been Accepted by the IRS (meaning only that they received the return) it will be in the Processing mode until the tax refund has been Approved and then an Issue Date will be available on the IRS website.

Return kicked back. Said I have to many 1099-R's with common info. They are all legit, but from the same company with different accounts. How do I fix it?
