How do I enter the LICENSE CODE from a CD that was purchased

If you are having trouble with the CD install you might try a download.  Here is a link with some instructions.  You will go to installturbotax.com to get started.

The license code is entered in the License code box on the activation screen.  Select continue after you enter the code to complete the installation.

I intalled my TurboTax CD but it is not running.  I went to InstallTurboTax.com. I have license code, verif vode, Turbo tax Code, PW and user name.  What's next

What problem do you have with the CD?  Did you get it installed?  Or doesn't the CD drive see it?
