Why can't I get into my account. I'm buying a house and all my tax info is with turbo tax and I can't get into my account.

See this TurboTax support FAQ for accessing prior year online tax returns - https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/prior-year-return/help/how-do-i-access-my-prior-year-return/01/270...
If you followed the procedure to register and still cannot access your prior year online tax returns you may have more than one TurboTax User ID.
You have to sign onto your online account using the exact same user ID you used to create the online account.
Close all TurboTax windows on your web browser (including this one). Copy and paste the account recovery website link onto a new web browser window and run the tool.
Use this TurboTax account recovery website to get a list of all the user ID's for an email address. Run the tool against any email addresses you may have used - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If none of the user ID's received will access your account, then use the option shown in blue on the account recovery website, "Try something else"
If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created. TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
If you still cannot access your account, you can contact TurboTax customer service/support through their contact website during business hours.
See this TurboTax support FAQ for a contact link and hours of operation - https://ttlc.intuit.com/questions/3401489
Submit your question/problem during business hours and then use the option for Call (a phone number will be provided for Call) to speak directly with a TurboTax agent -
Note: The Call option will not be available when TurboTax Support is closed.

I STARTED FILING MY 2019 TAXES BACK IN MARCH AND TRIED SEVERAL TIMES TO GET BACK INTO MY ACCOUNT, BUT HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO. I ENTER MY USER ID AND PASSWORD AND IT ACTS LIKE IT IS GOING TO LET ME IN BUT IT JUST ALWAYS SPINS.
can't get into my past TurboTax account....I have a different phone number and address but the same email so don't know why I can't get in. Then tried to make a NEW account and it won't let me do that, either. Need to know how to update my phone # and address, too....

I have a foreign address and phone and cannot received verification codes for enter in my TurboTax account. All the alternatives require a US address.
I have tried to sign in or create ane account because I have a different email account no
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

SAVE YOUR TAX RETURN !
EVERY year before mid-October you should save a copy of your tax return as a pdf and print a copy of it for your records. That way you will not be searching online frantically when you need it for a lender, FAFSA forms, your next tax return, etc.
