When you complete your tax return through TurboTax and select the option to apply for a Turbo Visa Debit Card you will then receive information in your email to finish the process.

@2BF30F2840E5 If you just want a debit card there are plenty of options besides a TurboTax card.   Google how to get a debit card.   You could get a debit card from lots of brick and mortar banks, or by opening an online account with any number of online services.   

Frankly---opening an account in a "real" brick and mortar bank is better in my opinion so that if you have any sort of problem you can walk and and deal directly with a human.   We hear too much about how much trouble people have getting help when they have issues with those cards---they lose them and don't know how to replace them, they get stolen, they forget how to check their balances, forget their user ID's, etc etc. etc.

They are no longer issuing TT debit cards this year ... everything goes thru the Credit Karma bank ...
