I don't think the library will let you install a program. And Turbo Tax is only licensed for computers you own. Maybe a family relative or friend will let you use their computer.
And you have to buy each year separately. Buy 2020 here

I reinstalled your TT 2021bought from Costco on my PC, and the CODE doesn't work anymore. Obviously, time is running out . Please help me? I see on the web it is a known problem. I had almost finished my return when I my PC needed to be updated.

Make sure your computer is the same way when you originally installed it. Like with no flash drives plugged in or plugged in if one was. It asked me again so I just closed the program and took out a flash drive that was plugged in and tried again. It worked. Or you may need to connect a flash drive or printer or something that was connected when you originally installed the program. One person found to disable his virus scanner and firewall first and then it opened.

Tried to activate TurboTax but could not enter my license code in the box.
Is the box grayed out? Do you get any sort of error message? Please see this Help Article here for more assistance if your code doesn't work. If that does not resolve your concern, please reach back out here for further assistance in this thread.
I've downloaded my 2022 tax year software. When I start the software from the icon the download created, it asks for the license #. The problem is, the license code field won't accept any characters

Manually Update TurboTax for Windows Software
This response is very irritating to me, as of course we all likely re-entered it MULTIPLE times. Note Turbotax provides a 'copy code' feature - so no, it was not typed incorrectly. Now still left with the issue of the code not being accepted. There being no recourse is beyond frustrating. I paid for this code. I would really like the option to speak to someone.
