Did you check your e-file status?
When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

If the IRS accepted it, what does it say here?

You need to use your Social Security number, your filing status and the amount of your refund as shown on line 20a of your Form 1040. If you are not getting a refund, you will not see anything on the WMR site.

If it turns out that you did not successfully e-file--whether due to rejection or some other reason-- you cannot e-file it now. It has to be printed, signed and mailed. E-filing is permanently closed.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS received the return.

I have purchased the TT Advantage Premier.
My prior returns for 2018, 2017, 2016 AND 2015 are not included on TT history.
TT says I may have filed my return under a different ID. I talked to a rep for 2 hours
trying to resolve and he said I had to wait 24 hours for a new password to process.
He was to call me back today and did not call.
Need to have a rep walk me through this ID problem

@JE9 Did you use the Desktop CD/Download programs? If you used the Desktop program the only copies are on your computer and not stored in your online account.
