Get your taxes done using TurboTax

I have purchased the TT Advantage Premier. 

My prior returns for 2018, 2017, 2016 AND 2015 are not included on TT history.

TT says I may have filed my return under a different ID. I talked to a rep for 2 hours

trying to resolve and he said I had to wait 24 hours for a new password to process.

He was to call me back today and  did not call.

 

Need to have  a rep walk me through  this ID problem
