@har514 Why do you want your 2019 AGI? You only needed it to e-file 2020 and it is now too late to e-file 2020. If you are trying to file 2020 you have to file by mail.
You have to access your own account and/or print it for yourself using exactly the same account and user ID that you used when you prepared the return.
Many people have multiple TT accounts and forget how to access them. Log out of the account you are in now.

Or did you use the desktop version of TurboTax? If so, the files are on your own hard drive or any backup device you used like a flash drive.

Look in your account to see when you filed and when it was accepted, or look at your own emails. No one else has access to that information for you.

When you e-file your federal return you will receive two emails from TurboTax. The first one will say that your return was submitted. The second email will tell you if your federal return was accepted or rejected. If you e-filed a state return, there will be a third email to tell you if the state accepted or rejected your state return.
First, check your e-file status to see if your return was accepted:

I received a refund from the state stating I left off a refund from last year I can not figure what they are talking about. I reviewed my taxes and am lost.
@Peter Haro Check your 2020 state return. Did you apply your refund to 2021?
I think the problem is a turbo tax mistake!
I think the problem is a turbo tax mistake/flaw.
yes
If you had your 2020 refund applied to 2021 it sounds like it wasn't entered as a credit on your 2021 return. What state? If it didn't transfer over from 2020 then you had to manually enter it. But the state added it on for you.
I’m trying to get my 2021 tax AGI amount or a copy sent to my email
Sorry---it cannot be sent to your email.
