If you are using an online version of TurboTax and need "live" help in completing it, then consider using TurboTax Live.

 

TurboTax Live is an online product that lets you get help and guidance from a tax expert when preparing your taxes. When you use TurboTax Live, you can work with a tax expert whenever you need assistance. You can even talk to a tax expert live while you both look at your return.

All TurboTax Live products provide:

  • Help from a tax expert when you have questions about your return.
  • A review of your return by an expert before filing, at your request. A tax expert can even sign your return.
    • Talk live: Using SmartLook (one-way video where you can see the tax expert on your screen; they can’t see you) or by phone. You can ask about a specific topic or section or get a review of your entire return.
    • Written response: Submit your questions and a tax expert will give a detailed answer by message within 24 hours.

To access your current or prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the userID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/ 

 

Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF) 

 

Or - 

 

When you sign onto your online account and land on the Tax Home web page, scroll down and click on Add a state.  

 

This will take you back in to the 2020 online tax return. 

 

Click on Tax Tools on the left side of the online program screen.  Then click on Print Center.  Then click on Print, save or preview this year's return.  Choose the option Include government and TurboTax worksheets

Turbo filed my taxes in March, I'm suppose to pay the federal and get a refund from the state.  I have not heard anything or received anything.  Please check into this and let me know something.  My phone number is [phone number removed].  Thanks for your help.

You will need to check with your state on the status of your return as we are unable to do this for you. Once your return is submitted and accepted, it is out of our hands.

Look here my state taxes have been getting messed up.AL stills dates I own then 17,000

@nexttonone1 Many state software programs are not yet ready so you need to wait until the state forms are ready.

There is no rush to file----the IRS / states will not be accepting e-files for at least a few weeks, so wait for all of your forms and information to be ready.

I spent two hours yesterday trying to resolve a problem without success. I've been trying to send my NC tax return, but I only get error messages.

 

I already paid the $20.00 fee via my credit card, and I have the receipt, but I can't get the return to email.
