If you cannot log into Turbo Tax at the Sign In screen go down to I forgot my TurboTax User ID or password.
If you can log into TurboTax successfully, then you can check your account with Turbo Tax by using this link. It will take you to Account Recovery, where you can update your information.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Thank you but I've tried all of this plus calling the help phone number, where I could talk to a live person. I was so disappointed when the automated voice would not transfer me to a live person. It kept trying to send me emails which were no help at all. I desperately need to get into my 2018 return but no longer have the same email or phone number. 2018 was the first time I used TurboTax, and I'm very disappointed in ty he customer service and help. I always used Tax Act, but a friend suggested I switch. I'm.starting to regret the decision to do that.
Can anyone help me with this plz

So you do not have your User ID for the 2018 TurboTax account you created and using the account recovery website - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery nor using the Try something else link on the account recovery website helps you get the 2018 User ID for the 2018 account?

If you filed the 2018 tax return late in 2019 then try using a 0 (zero) for the 2018 AGI as the IRS will not have your AGI in their database.
