How do I file a customer service complaint

The following is the only contact information Intuit provides on their website. I would ask the representative that answers for an email address for Intuit's Customer Service department regarding a complaint about a representative & if they don't know, ask to speak with a supervisor.

There is no email for complaints and calling will not get you any results.  You can file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and you will get a response.

You said  "by mail filing my one W2 on this app" How many W-2's did you have?  How many returns did you file?  Why did you mail the return?  What money didn't go to the IRS?

You should only file ONE return per year that includes ALL income from ALL sources.  If you filed more than one return, the IRS would flag this and should be sending you a letter of correction.

You need someone who understands how to file a return to do your taxes.  Either a TurboTax expert or a local tax preparer.  You are not able to do it on your own.  Please get the help you need.

@NYbornred2   If your Turbo Tax return says Printed that means you have to print it out and mail it to the IRS yourself.  You can try to switch to efile.   Click on Add a State to let you back into your retun.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them.  You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places.  Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

Thank you

How do I file a customer service complaint

Me too.  I had to uninstall TurboTax after I had downloaded the Minnesota software and reload it.  It wouldn't let me download Minnesota again for free.  I talked to 3 representatives over 3 hours before 1 finally had the answer of how to do it.  But I had to pay for the Minnesota software which used the $10 credit that came with it as well as a $37.98 charge to my credit card.

The rep told me to file for a refund which I did 2 weeks ago and have still heard nothing.

TurboTax seems to do something like this every year and I'm at the point of never using them again.

I dont trust Turbotax. I'm filing a complaint with BBB and Attorney General.

I paid TurboTax to file my taxes, and it was not done. I spent an hour on the phone with a representative who was also perplexed about what had happened. Fortunately, I had downloaded the completed tax returns and transmittal documents, which was the only reason the representative knew I wasn't lying. Honestly, I will never use your service again. I searched the internet and discovered that this has happened to many people. Turbotax tells you BS about not pressing the submit button. Please stop saying this Turbotax! You messed up. Admit it. Don't tell me I didn't press the submit button, because I did. I've used Turbotax many times before. I know what to do. The representative stated that there is no record of me being on the website. Really, that's not accurate. I have all my receipts and transmittal docs that state otherwise. If I hadn't checked the IRS website for the status of my refund, I would've never known that my taxes weren't filed. Come on, TurboTax, own up to your mistakes! Now I have to file by mail!!!! Pay penalties, etc!  What the hell did I pay for? I want a refund!!!!NOW!! And I'm reporting your bad business practices. Buyer beware!
