The diagnostic code is used by the TurboTax Agent to view your "scrubbed" copy of your return when you are having certain problems that cannot be resolved with screen sharing. You, the customer give the agent this code for them to enter. Your personal information is removed.

In order to file as Head of Household you would have had to live apart from your spouse for the entire last 6 months of the year and you would have had to pay more than half the cost of keeping up your home for you and your qualifying child.
If you did not live apart from your spouse for the entire last 6 months of the year or you do not meet the other criteria mentioned in the link above to file as Head of Household, you would file as Married Filing Separate.

Do you have children you support? If so, you may be able to file as Head of Household if you and your dependents meet the criteria.
If not, then filing as Married Filing Separate is what most people choose when they are a US Citizen married to someone, not in this country. You will still need to print and write NRA in the spouses section of your return then mail your return as you would need your spouse's SSN to e-file your return.
There is the option of Married Filing Jointly, however, you would need to apply for an ITIN for your spouse and include all income he earned worldwide. https://www.irs.gov/individuals/international-taxpayers/nonresident-alien-spouse
