The IRS is the only place to get a current status of your refund. First check the "Where's My Refund" page for any updates. Has it been more than 21 days since your return was accepted by the IRS? If yes, you can call the IRS at 800-829-1040. Have you gotten any letters from the IRS? If so, then you should follow any guidance in the letter.
I need to get my agi fron lsst year but i cant get my transcripts from the irs what can i do
Not looking for the ststus of my refund havent giled yet i neeto get my AGI from last year my daughter filed them for me with turbo tax but she didnt asve it
Sorry you need to get it from the IRS or from Turbo Tax if she used Turbo Tax.
You need your 2018 AGI to efile 2019. The AGI is on 2018 1040 line 7. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse How to find the AGI.

Did she use the Online web version of the Desktop CD/Download program? Did you ask her for a copy of your 2018 return or the log in info?
If you can't locate your 2018 return and you can't get on online transcript or a copy by mail from the IRS website, you can print and mail in the return.
I’d like to talk to customer service about and issue not a specialist. Irs.gov says my refund was sent to my ‘bank’ account(went with the pre-paid visa option filing free edition) and have yet to have received Visa card from you guys and when I try to call support the recording give me the run around and offers me one of the paid editions to talk to someone. Shouldn’t have to pay to talk to someone about an issue like this I don’t need a tax specialist.
You don't need to talk to TurboTax, you need to talk to the bank that was facilitating the pre-paid Visa. Likely Santa Barbara Bank and Trust. Their contact information will be in your filing paperwork.
Hello, I understand that talking to someone over the phone on the free version is not available, however I should not have to pay $30 dollars for what amounts to technical support and is not tax help of ANY KIND. Especially when it comes to something with the legal ramifications of FEDERAL TAXES. I owe money this year, that's fine, I've always owed a little bit, but to receive a federal stimulus check I need to sign up for direct deposit with my tax return. How do I do this if I owe taxes and am not receiving a refund? I have spent the last 4 hours on your phone line and online automated help and they have helped me with absolutely NOTHING.
Nothing you can do about that. You can't add Direct Deposit Info after you file or if you have a tax due.
The stimulus bill was signed on Friday. This is Monday. As answers to all the questions about how to give your banking information to the IRS become available to the millions of people who are asking the same questions----they will be on this site.

Hello Good Evening , My name is Victoria im 19 years old and i forgot by accident to file my 10.99 on my taxes, it also said i had to pay to file a 10.99. What can i do from here? because i know for sure i have to file it, it could create further consequences with the IRS. i just need to know if i can redo my taxes and put my 10.99 on there, its only one thankfully. My contact info is [phone number removed], email : [email address removed]. Hopefully it isnt too late to redo it. Thank you, have Blessed day 🙂
If you filed, it is like dropping it into a mailbox - you cannot get it back.
You'll have to wait until your return is either accepted or rejected.
See this TurboTax FAQ for help with amending.
You can check the status of your amended return here, but allow 3 weeks after filing for it to show up.
I believe you need to file an amended return..... you have to buy a more expensive program to amend.
