After you install the CD be sure to take the CD out of the drive.  Especially important if you are on a Mac.

I loaded the disc into my desk top and the program suggested it would be good to obtain Fed and State updates.  I selected that and after a few seconds I lost the program connection!

Remove the disk from the CPU  and open the program again and try the updates once more.

I am 91 years old and have been using turbo tax for about 25 years with no problems. I have a Mac and updated it to the newest system (montery) and now the 2021 turbo tax will not open. Help. I need to file my taxes before the deadline.
