I have an on-line version of Turbo Tax for Home and Business 2019.  I have completed parts of the return for 2019.  But now whenever I try to open the application, I get a momentary error message saying tt is trying to make sure everything is up to date, and then nothing happens.

I have just bought a fresh version of the same program and tried to open it with similar results.
