It may take a year or two so you can efile. Did 2022 reject for the wrong AGI? ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2021 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time. Especially if you mailed it. That works for most people. See,

How to correct the AGI in the Online version

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
I have efiled for years , 2019 all the sudden system says my DOB doesn’t match. Doesn’t make since that past 3 years I have mailed and received return. So my info must be correct other wise my return would be kicked back . So has to be on intuit or turbos end.
Not sure it makes a difference to the submitted file
BUT, one thing to check is your OS system's date settings...
make sure your System short date setting is set to US format MM/DD/YYYY
..I know I can set mine (Windows) to European format yy/mm/dd. (or perhaps some of the other choices)
That doesn't appear to change the format needed for TTX software inside the Q&A, but like I said, don't know what happens internally during efile data transmission.
________
yeah...Wild Guess...haven't seen anywhere that this is a problem with the software, but a few years ago, TTX software was having issues with folks using European formatting of numbers....where decimal points are used where we use commas, and commas used where we use decimals.
@aaronwrosa-gmail There is no DOB checking on a mailed tax return.
Only on an electronically filed (e-filed) tax return does the IRS check the DOB against the Social Security number of the return. Any rejection for the DOB is from the IRS, not TurboTax.
The IRS receives your Social Security information and your DOB from the Social Security Administration. If the IRS has an incorrect DOB in their databases then that is why they rejected the e-filed tax return.
I have called IRS and they verify my correct DOB they have on file .. I also called Social Security. I used the same person for few years to prepare my taxes and when this issues accrued I switch to new person the following year but they also got same message when trying to efile from turbo stating social and DOB didn’t match. I can’t call Turbo cause I don’t have an actual account of my own . The only thing I can think to try process my own taxes through turbo and try opening support ticket when they message pops up .
Guess you'll find out when you attempt to e-file your own-prepared 2023 taxes next year.
