This community nonsense is horse**bleep**. I try to send a message and am told TT is closed. How is an email address closed. HORRIBLE.
Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax. That is why you cannot find an email address.
Phone support is not provided with the Free Edition. If you are using a paid version of the software or if you purchased PLUS you can get phone support when customer support is there. Otherwise, post your question here and someone will try to help.

Post it WHERE?????
When I try to create a question the idiotic program requires I specify to whom I am sending question. Like I know WHO to ask? There are NOT even any drop down choices, yet the To: box is "red-starred" ie, MANDATORY.
This "community forum" is ABSOLUTE NONSENSE.
I had to pick some message at random and reply as I am doing now, because NO OTHER WAY T CONTACT YOU PEOPLE.
The one answer I got from idiotic forum - when I went to read it - "was deleted or archived" --- well, WHICH WAS IT? Deleted, or archived? If deleted before I even read it, WHAT WAS THE POINT OF ANSWERING? If archived, WHERE TO FIND IT?
This whole system seems designed to... I don't know what? It is in NO ONE'S INTEREST to have such a horrible system - not customers nor TurboTax's --- it makes NO SENSE.
I PAID for TurboTax Live... WHAT A WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME.
**** HORRIBLE ******

I have come to hate Intuit and Turbotax! They have become the poorest company to deal with I have ever experienced. Years back they were wonderful to work with. Now they are the absolute worst! I have been enrolled in the Turbotax Advantage program for years where they automatically send you the current year's tax software as soon as it is released. This year they charged my card on Nov. 6th 2019 and said via email the order would arrive no later than Nov. 27th and a download would also be available on or before the same November 27th, 2019 date. It's now 12/7, no order, no download available and no update of any kind from Intut/Turbotax. There is a link to check on your order in the one and only email I received about the wonderful news that my order was shipping. Following that link, a page appears for me to enter my order number. The automatic renewal program Turbotax Advantage does not provide an order number. There is now way to look up the status of the order. I replied to their "Good News - Your order is shipping" email over a week ago. No response. I clicked on the link to get support about your order and I end up in the Turbotax Community. No offense to the community but I'm pretty sure none of you know anything about the staus my particular order. I tried to find an email for support. Apparently there is not such thing because that would be too easy. They do have a phone number. I have given that a try twice. The shortest wait time I came up with was 47 minutes! Are you kidding me. I called the credit card company, disputed the charge which they are removing from my card and are notifying Turbotax they are not getting my money so maybe that will get someone's attention, but as for me, I am done with them. There is other personal and business tax software out there. A classic case of what happens when a company begins to believe it is a monopoly. Sort of reminds me of Microsoft but honestly Turbotax is way worse than Microsoft ever has been. I don't know what will turn them around but buyer beware... this company as of right now is complete crap in the customer service department.

Try this direct link to look for a download.
https://shopping.turbotax.intuit.com/app/downloads/
If you are an Advantage customer and find no evidence of a download in your account, you may have more than one account. Many users end up with more than 1 account without realizing it. Just in case, here are the steps to look for other accounts.
You can have up to 5 accounts that use the same email address for notification purposes. A User ID may be an email address, but it doesn't have to be. It might be only part of an email address, or it can be anything at all.
To get a list of your User IDs and recover account access, you can use the tool at the link below. Try using your phone number first. After that, if necessary, then run the tool on your email address(es) you can access.
NOTE: Before running the account recovery tool below, log out of all Intuit accounts including this user forum, or you might end up in a loop. Then clear your browser Internet cache, close your browser, then reopen it, and go to the link below. You may wish to copy this link so you can paste it into the new browser session.
https://myturbotax.intuit.com/account-recovery
If still no luck after running that on your phone number and email address(es) that you can access, here's another method:
Go back to the tool again, but this time leave the data field blank, and choose the small blue link that says "Try something else", and it will look you up by SSN and other parameters.
I didn't get my 2018 d.c. taxes from turbo tax but I got my federal & it said accepted.

You're posting in an old already-answered jumbled thread on a different topic. You are not likely to get much notice and help in this old thread on a different issue.
You should start your own NEW thread at the link below where you may get some attention and assistance from someone familiar with DC returns. Go to this page and click the blue "Ask a question" button:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/02/203
Enter a title for your question, and below it is a box where you can explain more details about your issue.
By the way, tax refunds do not come from TurboTax. Any DC refund would come from the DC tax authority. Please start a new thread where you can be questioned.
