After signing up for TurboTax Advantage, I have decided that I must dis-enroll. How do I do this other than telling my bank to stop/refuse payment on any credit card billings from TurboTax, which. of course, I'll do if I receive no answer from TurboTax!

FAQ: How do I cancel my TurboTax Advantage subscription?
We have a great team of moderators! We ask that you post real questions, and do not just "dump random" questions so that the rest of the community can spend their time helping people get their questions answered.
Thanks!
I filed my tax return. But, I received an error message telling "Your tax return is on hold pending ongoing updates to interview questions regarding Form 1095-A, Health". It is 20th Feb and no form change. What is going on? What if I filed 3 weeks ago? This experience harmed me financially

You're posting in an old jumbled thread which contains various topics. You may not get much notice about your issue in a random thread.
For best visibility and help on your particular topic, you should start your own NEW thread at the link below where you are more likely to get some attention and assistance from someone familiar with that topic. Go to this link below and click the blue "Ask a question" button:
https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/after-you-file/discussion/02/203
When starting your thread, enter a title for your question and include Form 1095-A as part of it to attract attention. Your error message you quoted above might be a good title for the thread. The question line has limited space. Below the title is a box where you can explain more details about your issue. If you don't get the help you need in the forum, we can tell you how to phone TurboTax Support.
I've been rejected three times but I filed with turbo tax last year and the problem I can't remember my AGI
The IRS requires that your Adjusted Gross Income (AGI) from your tax return from the previous year be included with any tax return e-filed this year.
You can find your 2018 AGI on Line 7 of your Form 1040.
If you had filed with TurboTax last year, the AGI would have been automatically added to the return. If you did not file with TurboTax last year (or if you filed in a different TurboTax account), you will need to enter the AGI from last year manually. The AGI is added near the end of the filing process, just before filing the return.
To find the AGI from a different TurboTax account, sign in to that account, then scroll down on the opening page until you get to Your Tax Returns and Documents. Chose 2018 and download your tax return.
If your previous year tax returns are not available, you can use the IRS Get Transcript tool. Try the online option first. If you are unable to obtain the transcript online, you can have one sent to the address the IRS has on record for you. You can find IRS Get Transcript here.
Yep it is too bad that we cannot email someone.
My rep was great on a case I had opened so I just wanted to make sure she got more praise then what the survey allowed.
@wisebody You can use our contact form to submit that information: Contact us.
I'm trying to track my tax status but every time I enter my information it keeps saying wrong information I also need to know my tax refund amount
Email is not one of the ways to contact TurboTax, you can use the following link https://support.turbotax.intuit.com/contact/
If there is no record of your return at Where's my Refund or you are getting the message "You may not have entered your information correctly", an important factor can be if you are married filing jointly. Make sure you are using the Social Security Number for the name that appears first on the return. Keep in mind that once the IRS notifies TurboTax that your return was accepted we won't get any more information from them.
Here are some other common reasons why your refund is not showing at Where's My Refund:

Download and/or Print all of the currents years forms and worksheets:
In need help with taxes I filed and got my deposits sent back to depositor because my name incorrect spelling on both deposits can I have it deposited in turbo Tax card instead
When your refund gets rejected by a bank and goes back to the IRS, the IRS issues a paper check and mails it to the address on your tax return.
Here is what the IRS says about entering incorrect banking information
