You need your 2019 AGI to efile 2020. The AGI is on 2019 1040 line 8b. If you filed a Joint return you use the same AGI for each spouse.
How to find the AGI.

If you didn't file 2019 or filed it later in the year then try entering 0 for the AGI. If that doesn't work you will have to print and mail your return.
Or request a transcript from the IRS

my wife and I would rather file we are married, but filing seperate is that possible? That`s how we have always filed, over 34years. Our tax preperer pasted away last year. Our tax records should be on a Turbo account. We need help ,and I am not a fast typer,
with that being said I will need you to understand my slowness.
@long210845 Why have you been filing separate returns? That is usually the worst way to file.
If you were legally married at the end of 2020 your filing choices are married filing jointly or married filing separately.
Married Filing Jointly is usually better, even if one spouse had little or no income. When you file a joint return, you and your spouse will get the married filing jointly standard deduction of $24,800 (+$1300 for each spouse 65 or older) You are eligible for more credits including education credits, earned income credit, child and dependent care credit, and a larger income limit to receive the child tax credit.
If you choose to file married filing separately, both spouses have to file the same way—either you both itemize or you both use standard deduction. Your tax rate will be higher than on a joint return. Some of the special rules for filing separately include: you cannot get earned income credit, education credits, adoption credits, or deductions for student loan interest. A higher percent of your Social Security benefits may be taxable. Your limit for SALT (state and local taxes and sales tax) will be only $5000 per spouse. In many cases you will not be able to take the child and dependent care credit. The amount you can contribute to a retirement account will be affected. If you live in a community property state, you will be required to provide additional information regarding your spouse’s income. ( Community property states: AZ, CA, ID, LA, NV, NM, TX, WA, WI)
If you are using online TurboTax to prepare your returns, you will need to prepare two separate returns and pay twice.

As for your tax files being on a TurboTax account----paid tax preparers are not allowed to use TurboTax to prepare returns for clients. A paid tax preparer would have to use the professional tax software --- and there is no way for you to gain access to those files. Do you have copies of the returns---or did the tax preparer put the files on a flash drive or some other back up device for your use?
Or by "tax preparer" are you referring to a friend or relative who prepared your returns for you as a favor? Even if that is the case, you cannot get to the account or tax files without the account and user ID that they used.
You can get copies of your tax returns from the IRS, or free transcripts.
https://www.irs.gov/individuals/get-transcript
Or you can pay the IRS $43 for an actual copy of your tax return

It say I filed my taxes I didn't because there are wrong and they will not except them

Help
When you log in does the filing status say PRINTED or READY TO MAIL ? If so and you have not mailed in the return and you need to make changes scroll down and click on ADD A STATE to open the return to make any changes needed before filing.
If your efile was Rejected then it might think you filed by mailing it. Why did it reject? We can probably help you fix it and resend it.
If the AGI rejected, try entering 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.
When did you file 2019? If it was late in the year or you mailed it, try putting in 0 (zero) for the AGI. And see, https://ttlc.intuit.com/community/rejections/help/what-if-i-entered-the-correct-agi-and-i-m-still-ge...

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.
For AGI Reject code 031

My 2019 taxes were rejected and I don’t know why?

The reason for the rejection is on the email sent to you by TurboTax when you e-filed the return sometime in 2020. A 2019 tax return can no longer be e-filed, it must be printed and mailed.
To access your prior year tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/
Scroll down to the bottom of the screen and on the section Your tax returns & documents click on Show. Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)
Print, sign, date and mail the tax return to the IRS. Include with the mailed return any forms W-2 and 1099 which have taxes withheld. Go to this IRS website for mailing addresses - https://www.irs.gov/filing/where-to-file-paper-tax-returns-with-or-without-a-payment
There are no penalties for filing a tax return after the due date if filing for a tax refund or there are no taxes owed.
All of numbers are incorrect on 1040
@kathyupton12345 Please elaborate on "all of numbers are incorrect on 1040."
Has the tax return been filed? Did you use the CD/download or online software? No one can see your tax return so we need more information.
I need to change the info on one of my w2 its different than what I got on the adp app
@Ginamorr44 if your W2 is incorrect then you need to contact the employer who issued it to you and let them know about the error and request a corrected W2.
If you can't get ahold of them or they will not help then you can still file with form 4852 - a substitute for form W2. However, form 4852 can not be filed electronically and so your return will have to be printed and mailed in. This will significantly delay how long your return will take to process for this year.
If you need to attach form 4852 here's how.
