You might need to take Windows 10 out of S mode. I thought I had a link about it but can't find it now.
Need tax returns for 2019 and 2020, NOW. 1099 on way. can I do without 1099s by verifying through bank deposits and continue to file?
You can always use your records to report the Sch C income ... you never need to wait for the actual 1099 forms.
If you need to prepare a return for 2018, 2019 and 2020 you can purchase and download desktop software to do it, then print, sign, and mail the return(s)
https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/past-years-products/
You may also want to explore purchasing the software from various retailers such as Amazon, Costco, Best Buy, Walmart, Sam’s, etc.
Remember to prepare your state return as well—if you live in a state that has a state income tax.
When you mail a tax return, you need to attach any documents showing tax withheld, such as your W-2’s or any 1099’s. Use a mailing service that will track it, such as UPS or certified mail so you will know the IRS/state received the return.
Federal and state returns must be in separate envelopes and they are mailed to different addresses. Read the mailing instructions that print with your tax return carefully so you mail them to the right addresses.
Note: The desktop software you need to prepare the prior year return must be installed/downloaded to a full PC or Mac. It cannot be used on a mobile device.
If you are getting a refund, there is not a penalty for filing past the deadline. If you owe taxes, the interest/penalties will be calculated by the IRS based on how much you owe and when they receive your return and payment. The IRS will bill you for this; it will not be calculated by TurboTax.

I bought the 2019 desktop product.
Thank you for the forum.
Trying to file my 2019 taxes.
Got past income ($0 in 2019) and halfway through deductions but the refund counter doesn’t change and shows $0 even though I have over $50k in medical expenses to deduct amongst other deductions.
Can someone help?
Thank you, RFXC

If you have not entered any taxable income nor federal taxes withheld from that income, you will not be receiving a federal tax refund regardless of the amount of deductions you have entered.
Deductions can only reduce your taxable income to zero. So if you don't have any income the deductions won't affect your return. If you don't have any income you don't need to file a tax return. You can only get a refund if you had more withholding than the tax on your income. Or if you qualify for refundable credits like the EIC but you need earned income to get that.
What income did you have? Why are you filing?
