I paid 2 different fees and still can fix a very simple issue, NO ZIP. I have no idea what this means. How do I get help? I wish to speak to the EXPERT that I paid for.

I need to speak to an expert.  I was denied Recovery Credit Rebate on my 2021 refund from the IRS.  Intuit deducted that amount plus intuit fees from my refund.

I paid for extended help from turbotax and I would really like to talk with someone.

Please let me know how to make this happen.

How much is on 1040  line 30 for the Recovery Rebate Credit?  The IRS records show they sent it to you last March 2021.  But you tried to claim it again.  Line 30 is only if you didn't get the full amount or qualify for more. 

Double check your bank statements and Check your IRS account (both accounts if married)

If the IRS thinks they sent it to you but you didn't get it request a trace for a missing third Stimulus payment

I received my state refund, but I'm not sure I received my federal . Can you confirm the amount that I'm approved for by the IRS? I received a deposit that does say it's a refund. It shows a name.  Thank you

TurboTax cannot access your tax return.  You can download a PDF of the return yourself and the federal tax refund will be on the return, if you are receiving a refund.

To access your prior year online tax returns sign onto the TurboTax website with the User ID you used to create the account - https://myturbotax.intuit.com/

Scroll down to the section Your tax returns & documents.  Click on the Year and Click on Download/print return (PDF)

If you used the desktop CD/Download editions installed on your computer, the only copy of your tax data file and any PDF's will be on the computer where the return was created.  TurboTax does not store online any returns completed using the desktop editions.

If your tax return was accepted by the IRS use the federal tax refund website to check the refund status - https://www.irs.gov/refunds

I received a letter from the IRS regarding my 2021 tax return. Clearly on the paper there is a huge mistake. I would like to speak with somebody please to get this fixed.

@rrwiggins48    Was the mistake with the child tax credit or the recovery rebate credit?  A lot of people made mistakes with those credits, resulting in reduced refunds or tax owed.  What does the IRS letter say?

TurboTax does not receive any information from the IRS or your state after your return was filed, so no one at TurboTax knows about a letter you received from the IRS or the state.

TurboTax has a special phone number for help with IRS/state tax letters, which will be easier than going through regular Customer Support.   At the page below, click on the blue button that says "Get Help from TurboTax Support".  Then it will ask you what tax year is your letter.  Then it will ask you what the letter concerns. Then it will show you the phone number during posted business hours.
