State of CT efiling

Still can't efile my State of CT return.  I was waiting for the CT-1040 form to be updated and finally got that but still can't file because "return is a non-calendar year return".  Customer Service told me the forms would be ready by Feb 13th.  My daughter filed her CT return using the Turbotax app back on Jan 28th, I bought my software from Amazon.  I no longer believe this a problem with the State of CT, it's a problem with Turbotax.  I'm past frustrated and just getting plain angry.  Turbotax tells me to mail in my CT return - I didn't pay for the software so that I could mail it in.

Where is this link taking me?  I don't know if I can trust it.  Why not just answer my question here?

Already uninstalled and reinstalled my Turbox software and it did not fix my e-filing problem, I still get the message that my return is non-calendar year return.  Called the State of Ct and was told this is a Intuit/Turbotax problem, they are done with their updates and can't help me.  Obviously there is a flaw in the Turbotax software that no one knows how to fix, waiting for Ct State updates is no longer an option.

You'll have to call TurboTax Customer service.  Here is a link:  Turbo Tax Customer Service

TurboTax told me that CT requires that it be efiled.

My business return has nothing special, but I get a cryptic message saying that it can't be efiled with no addition information.
