I tried my today after qweks of it still saying processing... Now it says incorrect information or does not match up...
I called the IRS number, entered the exact same info, and it says still processing a Daye blah blah blah.... frustrating it is, you almost feel like you made the hugest mistake and could be looking at Guantanamo... 🤣🤣
I hate not talking too people .. oh wait I actually did, but more like an AI Version.

Those help articles are for normal stuff ...I was accepted when irs open it doors for this tax season...I had a status bar 24 hours later of received and processing...for the last 3 weeks info doesn't match.....this is not normal... Help topics will not answer this ......can anyone else??? Can I have the real answer ....( Turbo tax experts??).

my state taxes were filed an accepted on 2/7/22 and it keep say that my taxes are being processed but when I call there is no record of my taxes
Did you enter your information with the full refund not to include subtracting any fees? Please see this Help Article, which goes over why the IRS site Where's My Return may not show any information for you.
Did you ever get your return? Or find out why this happened? Same situation is happening to me , my refund was excepted on the 2/15/22 and it’s been saying error for the past 2 weeks
If you e-filed, make sure the return was e-filed successfully and accepted:
Where’s My Refund? will give you the status of your refund. You can check the status within 24 hours after we’ve received your e-file return or 4 weeks after you’ve mailed a paper return. It has the most up to date information about your refund.
No I haven't gotten it. Mine has being saying info doesn't match every since the IRS open this tax season...I went through others error for a year last season B4 I received my refund...I'm so disappointed..

Nothing....they actually told me to refile my amendment....and I sent it with a return receipt months ago and i have gotten nothing back. I think they just throw amendments out at this point.
