Listen I received my federal and my state back. The irs2go tool didn't work. Nothing worked. How do you explain that? You guys always have an answer for everything. This I gotta hear.

Sometimes people get confused by the “summary” given by TurboTax and use the wrong amount for the federal refund. Make sure you are only using the federal refund amount, and not an amount that combined your federal and state refunds.
Your federal refund amount is on line 35a of your Form 1040

Same answer over and over.once again: my info showed received and being processed one or two days then info doesn't match..I input my info correctly each time...it seems to be no answer for this if you are inputting your info correctly as I am?
@Earl the pearl Sometimes as your return is being processed by the IRS and is moving from one stage of processsing to another stage, it may say "no information" temporarily. Try again in a day or two.
Ok thanks I've been looking every day for over one month though.
May I ask did you ever get your refund after that?
No I haven't
Yeahhh my federal was accepted on the 1st of February, they sent me an ID verification letter 2 weeks ago, which I promptly completed and and it was verified. I check the WMR tool every day and it always said “still processing”. Until 2 days ago, it said “approved” your direct deposit date is March 9th. I checked it again today and now it’s saying that same BS, that my “information doesn’t match” but that’s literally all it says. I’m REALLY hoping it’s just an overflow of the system and that’s all this is because I got super excited when I saw that direct deposit date :(
*UPDATE*
As stated in my above comment, the WMR tool went from telling me a direct deposit date of March 9th to then telling me that my “info was incorrect” in a matter of 2 days. Well I checked it again today and my direct deposit date, as well at the status bar had returned! Just for fun, I went and checked my bank account and there, in all its wonderful glory, was my full tax return!!
So, my theory is that once my return was approved by the IRS and subsequently deposited into the external checking account, that is provided by Turbo Tax when you file with them, the WMR tool showed “no info” until the deposit was accepted by the external checking account. Once accepted, the WMR tool went back to displaying the correct info.
Thanks for the update. That's good to hear. Congratulations on receiving your refund.
@Shell7732 That's exactly what's happening to me too!! I'm definitely not using TurboTax next year!!
Same. I filed at the beginning of February then mailed my return and W2. When I check the IRS website it says the info isn’t correct. I’m extremely frustrated, and deserve my money. If I don’t receive it, someone will be sued.
I think I need to sue with you. I am still waiting and my return was excepted February 4th. My transcripts have not even been updated. I don't know what's going on.
