But is using the ATM the same as a Teller Cash Withdrawal? The app just tells me where the ATMS are. Is it unlimited withdrawal from ATMs?

No, withdrawal from a teller and ATM are not the same thing.

What banks are available to withdraw money from?
The card's F&Q does not list the daily limit for ATM Withdrawals, and I can only find ATM's to withdraw money from.
On the FAQ under see your ATM fees and limits, check the Simple Fees page for your card. It describes the limits for your card, you will need to download the PDF.
It keeps telling me I've reached my withdrawal limit an today was the first day I tried since I got my refund to withdrawl

It does not say on that document what the limit is! And I still can't find answer.
There is no limit to the number of withdrawals, however there are limits on the amounts of withdrawals.
