I double checked the number and it is correct
I am going to try this, too. My TurboTax Home and Business / IRS say my ID is wrong but I know what it is but I don't know what the IRS thinks it is and TurboTax is no help. If it would just say AGI or this person's name or date of ID is wrong, I would know something. They don't give me a clue which of the data is is hung up about.

Both my state and fed were rejected. We filed as married and had on divorces.
For AGI Reject. ENTER 0 FOR AGI. The IRS took a long time last year to process 2019 returns so the AGI didn't get entered in time.

If you can’t get it to efile you will have to print and mail it.

Be sure to attach copies of your W2s and any 1099s that have withholding on them. You have to mail federal and state in separate envelopes because they go to different places. Get a tracking number from the post office when you mail them for proof of filing.

@Susan wright If your 2019 rejected then did you print and mail it? If 2019 never got filed then enter 0 for the AGI to efile 2020.

When my tax return kept getting rejected, I changed the AGI to 0 (ZERO) and it went through.
I have the same issue, after 3 times trying with right AGI, I gave up and I gonna sending printed return , but what about $25 CA e-file fee I was charged? How can I get the refund?
