However, i have my card.

But online i can not get past the 2 step verification bc i lost my old phone AND losing my phone ALSO makes me not be able to get into gmail.

So, i can not get the 2nd step verification code by phone OR by email, which leaves me locked out of online access.

If I could JUST get my phone number and/or email addr updated on the turbocard site i would be fine. ... But it is IM-possible :( Phew!!

I am having A LOT of trouble accessing my Turbo Card Account. I know my username and password. When I try to login in it needs verification with the phone number and email I've provided. I can't access either of these. I've tried recovering my email and that won't work and I don't have the phone number anymore. I've tried calling both numbers neither one is giving me the help I need. How can I get back into my account?

Hey man just so you know I was able to activate the card and I received it through the mail just breathe website is buggy for me too probably from the high traffic volume do to the stimulus checks try again later today I’ll do the same and I wish you luck I’ll never be using turbo card turbo tax or anything associated to them and I plan on getting a lawyer to make sure I didn’t get scammed into something

Everyone check the irs get my payment tool is up.  Lots of tt card users sayin they went on it and it saiid it dont have their info. They had to input it. They aint gettin paid. And i nean a LOT of folks. Ibpersonally am lockedbout if everything. Not even the cards phone# willbwork. I have NO money... I DO know JUST 1 Girl that got it, today at 6CST. 

Lemme know if irs has yyour info. DontGET LOCKED OUT!!! Thats hapnin too
