It's been a while since I have used my tax card I just started to do direct deposit form my job and lost my card I gave the customer service all my information I just couldn't not remember the phone number I had access to I tried every number I could remember. I have 411 dollars on the card I can't access my money
I just did my taxes on turbo tax yesterday. I had opted to do the rapid refund. I received an email to create an account for my turbo tax Visa card. The usernames and passwords that I created were being flagged as invalid. I’m not sure if it’s due to having a current visa turbo card account. But I’m getting a little frustrated because I’m not sure what else I need to do to set up my new account to access my funds until get my Visa card in the mail
I’ve already tried that and it won’t let me access my visa account I had last year .
Unfortunately, TurboTax doesn’t have the access necessary to assist with issues specific to the Turbo Prepaid Visa Card.

Thats a joke called 6 times today and they said call turbo tax because they don't have card information that is something turbo tax has. Here is my problem Turbo Tax is the one issuing The refund and stating funds available 1 hour after irs receives return but all of that is a lie we have no access to a temporary card at all.
If you received a Refund Advance last year, you’ll need to create a new account to see your Refund Advance funds for this year. You won’t see the funds if you log in with the account you made last year.

I didn't receive one last year this is my first year I cant create an account because I dont have card info and green dot doesn't have any idea on how to get temporary card info they have told me I have to wait for card to come in the mail.
If you were accepted for the Refund Advance, you will receive an email on how to gain access to your temporary card. If you are trying to create an account for the normal prepaid card, you will receive your card in the mail 5-7 days after you requested the card.
I got an email to access my temp number to spend my advance money and the link does not work so how exactly do I receive my temp card number.
This is the response I am getting when I click the "Access my funds" button in the email. The credentials are clearly different than on the TurboTax website, so they don't work. Attempting to create a new account depends on having the physical card. "Wait until the card comes" hardly seems like a reasonable response when the claim is to have online access to the card before it arrives. Judging by the replies in this thread, waiting until the card arrives is what we will all be doing. Otherwise, any help is appreciated.
UPDATE: Problem solved!
I wanted to give an update. I have gained access to the funds now. There is a second email that you should receive when you first file. That one allows you to create the account. The second one takes you to the funds but the account must have been set up first. If you are having trouble with this still, look for the email that talks about setting up the account.
